Waterloo, NY, the birthplace of Memorial Day, is experiencing a period of revitalization.   Coming soon is the Waterloo Eats Food Hall, which will assemble local independent food and beverage vendors in an informal rustic space.  In addition, the proposed Waterloo Art Center aims to become a hub of art & culture for the area – just a stone’s throw away from the Food Hall.
